Requirements for Passport Renewal

Read Carefully

  1. Completed online application form 

  2. Passport is eligible for renewal six months before expiration

  3. Passport payment slip

  4. Appointment Slip

  5. Copy of current (expired/expiring) passport data page

  6. Expired/expiring passport booklet (if not presented will be treated as Lost)

  7. National Identification Number (NIN)

  8. Appointment slip
